1. Scope of Digital Services

DigitMediaPro provides full-service professional digital solutions, including but not limited to high-retention video production, custom short-form reels editing, graphic identity frameworks, visual design branding systems, web design, and social media advertising development. All specific execution project structures, delivery parameters, and milestones are governed via mutually authorized project creative briefs.

2. Client Onboarding & Data Information

To activate custom creative workflows seamlessly, clients are required to submit clean, verified, and complete data sets through our operational onboarding systems (including Names, Emails, Phone Numbers, and comprehensive Project Briefs). You maintain absolute legal accountability for ensuring that all data elements, graphic materials, and intellectual properties provided to our team inside a project workflow belong legitimately to you or are authorized for commercial distribution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We establish clear boundary protections regarding asset ownership timelines:

• Agency Retentions: All internal frameworks, draft wireframes, working source files, editing project files, and raw design models processed before final structural sign-offs remain the unique intellectual property of DigitMediaPro.
• Client Ownership Transfer: Upon successful completion of the project and full settlement of all related financial invoices, total commercial ownership rights of the final rendered digital assets (completed video files, web portal codebases, logo files) are automatically transferred to the client.

4. Prohibited Platform Usage

When interacting with our web platform or asset deployment systems, users are strictly prohibited from attempting to breach administrative security grids, inject destructive malicious script code, copy or duplicate graphic layout assets, or leverage our production systems to deploy unauthorized copyrighted materials.

5. Service Limitations & Liabilities

While DigitMediaPro deploys data-driven strategies and premium digital execution structures to maximize market visibility and viewer retention, we do not provide absolute guarantees for fixed numbers of organic social views, viral trends, or exact corporate sales conversion metrics. All services are rendered on an operational "As-Is" execution model.

6. Operational Terminations

We reserve the legal authority to temporarily suspend project execution pipelines or permanently terminate corporate service partnerships if a client breaches contract obligations, engages in platform abuse, or fails to fulfill invoice processing frameworks within agreed boundaries.

7. Revisions to Terms

DigitMediaPro reserves the right to revise or overwrite components of these Terms of Service at any given timeline. Continued usage of our services and web platforms following any text modification updates directly implies your immediate consent to the updated terms.
